By booking an experience with Limo Adventure OKC, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Bookings & Deposits
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your experience prior to boarding.
- Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and you have received a confirmation email.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before your experience: deposit refunded in full.
- Cancellations within 72 hours: deposit forfeited. One free reschedule available within 60 days.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: full booking amount forfeited.
- Limo Adventure OKC reserves the right to cancel due to severe weather, vehicle emergency, or safety concerns, and will issue a full refund or reschedule in such cases.
Guest Conduct
- All guests must behave respectfully toward the driver and fellow passengers.
- No illegal substances permitted in the vehicle.
- Guests who cause damage to the vehicle will be held financially responsible for repair costs.
- Limo Adventure OKC reserves the right to terminate an experience early without refund if guests engage in dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
- For experiences marked 21+, valid ID may be required at boarding.
Age Requirements
- The Mystery & Lunar Lounge/Yours Truly OKC destinations: 21+ required.
- The Birthday Mission: Children must be accompanied by at least one adult who travels to the destination separately.
- Escape Jr.: Minimum age 6. Children under 16 must have an adult in the group.
Arrival & Departure
- Please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
- The experience begins at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience with no refund of the time lost.
- Return transportation from the drop-off destination is the responsibility of the guest.
Liability
Limo Adventure OKC is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the experience except where caused by our negligence. By booking, guests acknowledge that participating in a moving vehicle experience involves inherent risks and agree to participate voluntarily.
Photography & Media
Limo Adventure OKC may photograph or film experiences for marketing purposes. By booking, you consent to this use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before your experience.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your booking confirmation apply to your experience.
